1.How to customize products？
If you find a specific design of chandelier in our websit that you like, but you only need a different size or color. you send us the SKU number or product chain is best ,and you specify base size, color.
If you do not find a specific design of chandelier in our websit that you like, but you need to do is provide pictures or design drawing . you send us photos or drawings of the lamps and you specify base size, color and material.

2.How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?
First, must know your budget. Second,you look for pictures from magazines or desgine websit that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating.
3.How do I know which power supply to use?
First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft . Finally select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light.
4.What is the best way to install my new lights or chandelier?
There are installation instructions included in every product we sell. If you feel installation complicated, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.
5.Are your products UL listed?
Our product is not UL or FCC listed since it is optional.but the electrical part is UL certified.
6.Are Oasislamps chandeliers manufactured in the US?
No, Oasislamps chandeliers are manufactured in Asian, like China.
